This policy explains what AiFolio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
AiFolio stores the ebooks, chapters, comments, and collaboration records you create. We retain this data only for as long as your account is active and to deliver the publishing features you signed up for.
Your content is used to render your library, power AI writing and editing features, and share drafts with collaborators you explicitly invite. We never sell your writing to third parties.
Access to your books is granted only to email addresses you add as editors or viewers. You can revoke access at any time from the collaboration settings for each project.
We send transactional emails — such as editor mentions, chapter status updates, and weekly summaries — to addresses you authorize. You can manage these notifications from your profile settings.
